These 12-inch companion rods help make the GlideLok easier to reach for taller doors / shorter adults. 

You are purchasing a 2-pack so there is one rod on each side of the GlideLok.

To attach the rods to your GlideLok:

• Use a #2 Phillips drill bit or screwdriver to remove the screws from the rods.
• Position your rod under the rod track on GlideLok Part C (the main sliding piece), and reattach the screw. Stop once the screw won't go any further, to avoid stripping it.
• The screw will NOT go down all the way, and that's intentional. You want some wiggle room so the rod will slide easily on the track.
• Now repeat with the second rod on the other side of GlideLok Part C.
