Shipping policy

We know you can’t wait to get your door lock, so we only use the fastest fulfillment methods for our customers. For a limited time, all U.S. orders over $49 receive FREE shipping. 

Please note, we only ship to the United States at this time. The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse for dispatch within 1 hour after the order is placed. Our warehouse processes your order within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on weight, and are usually delivered within 4 days after the order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
